Have you ever heard that getting into festivals depends on who you know more than how good your film is? Puzzled about the etiquette of world premieres and how long you should wait until you have yours? Do you worry that your film is going nowhere because you couldn't afford to put a "movie star" in it?

"Film Festival Politics" is a free online class (a "webinar," as the kids say) that delves into the behind-the-scenes business of film festivals including festival premieres, the significance of name actors, and more. ATLFF Artistic Director Charles Judson and "Film Festival Secrets" author Chris Holland will be on hand to dish the dirt.

All you need to attend is a web browser or iOS/Android device and a strong internet connection.  Instructions on attending the webinar will be sent upon registration.
