Leonardo da Vinci:The Origin of Genius
Filmed using high-definition technology and directed by Paul Brunatto,
this contemplative documentary takes an up-close, in-depth look at
Leonardo's prophetic genius through his paintings and mechanical works,
as well as his surprising scientific research.
The
fascinating story of how Leonardo's genius blossomed amid the hills of
the town of Vinci is a fitting tribute to his ability to see nature and
the world with a penetrating, prescient vision. The works of Leonardo,
such as the Adoration of the Magi and the Last Supper, are seen as their creator saw them: timeless masterpieces whose beauty has remained miraculously intact.
