  • ASG wants to congratulate some time ASG Member Dave Watkins (yes Dave we keep track), on the upcoming release of his movie Stragglers which he directed, produced, and even stars in. It will be release November 3rd on Netflix and can already be purchased on Amazon. It's a horror movie with lots of gore thanks to Special EFX guru Toby Sells and it also stars ASG members Chris Burns and even Co-President Michael D Friedman. If you're going to go the Netflix route, please put it in your queue as soon as possible as this will help the movie's visibility on Netflix if there's a lot of demand.

 

  • The Atlanta Film Festival 365 has announced their winners in the latest Screenplay competition. It's good to see at least one GA writer make the cut. Be sure to attend the reading of excerpts from the six winnders on Nov. 14th at 6pm at the Margaret Mitchell House.
      
  •
