In association with the Atlanta Film Festival, the Plaza Theatre Foundation presents "My Mother Was a Butterfly," Wednesday, October 22 at 7:15PM.

"My Mother was a Butterfly" is an award-winning documentary feature film that follows the journey of a young woman named Eva, who as a child, spent three days alone with her mother's dead body, as she attempts to uncover long-held family secrets of her mothers riches to rags story. Through a series of interviews, hypnosis, tracking down her estranged father and her faith, she attempts to achieve healing and closure."

All proceeds are benefiting Kate's Club.
