The Atlanta Film Festival is pretty old (a spry 38 years), but our main venue—The Plaza Theatre—definitely has us beat. Celebrating an interesting 75 year history, The Plaza adds undeniable eccentricity and allure to both ATLFF and the city of Atlanta as a whole.

Men's Journal just released a list of The Top 20 Movie Theaters in the World and we are thrilled that The Plaza was included! The piece highlights the theater's early days, through its adult cinema phase and on to its recent renovation and rejuvenation.
