That's a wrap on ATLFF 2014.
In the morning we'll break down the last vestiges of the festival's physical presence at the Highland Inn, Plaza Theatre, and 7 Stages Theatre, and all that will remain (other than some great Game of Thrones swag and your souvenir festival badge) will be memories and photos.
The 2014 Atlanta Film Festival ended with a bang tonight as a standing-room only crowd in the Plaza Theatre's main auditorium welcomed the film Dear White People to Atlanta along with its writer/director, Justin Simien. In the Chipotle Auditorium upstairs, a similarly enthusiastic audience supported the encore presentation of Limo Ride, one of the festival's indie hits.
In the morning we'll break down the last vestiges of the festival's physical presence at the Highland Inn, Plaza Theatre, and 7 Stages Theatre, and all that will remain (other than some great Game of Thrones swag and your souvenir festival badge) will be memories and photos. We'll share ours over the course of upcoming days and weeks. (There are a few below from the Food on Film party last weekend.) We hope you'll post yours too on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram of course.
Until then, we'd like to thank our sponsors one more time. You remember our sponsors, right? They make the festival possible.

... and so many more. (The Plaza and 7 Stages, our home away from home at the Highland Inn, HBO, Callanwolde, the Westin and W hotels, our friends at Creative Loafing, AMC, DAEL, GSU, Pivot... OK, we'll stop now. But there are more. Many more.)
(Pssst... if you went to a party during the festival, you enjoyed the hospitality of the incredible Epting Events. You've seen what they do for us, why not see what they can do for you?)
