From Tuesday, June 24th through Thursday, June 26th, catch up with your favorite short films, documentaries and narrative features at Lefont Sandy Springs!
Did you catch some great films back in the spring at ATLFF that you've been dying to see again? Perhaps you missed some and have been wondering when they might hit your local cinema? Now is your chance! We are bringing back the biggest hits from ATLFF '14 this summer at Best of Fest! Part of the ATLFF On Tour program, Best of Fest is made possible thanks to the generous grant program and sponsorship of Fulton County Arts & Culture!
Tuesday... things kick off with a free screening of our best Animated Shorts that you can bring your whole family to at 1 PM. Later that night, check out this year's Documentary Grand Jury Award winner, "Getting to The Nutcracker," at 7 PM. This year's biggest hit, "Limo Ride," pulls into the theater at 9 PM.
Wednesday... is our down-home encore night! At 7 PM, enjoy our Best of Shorts Block, which features a ton of locally produced short films from this year's festival. At 8:30 PM, see the Audience Award winning short film "Atlanta Zombie Apocalypse." Closing out the night, hilarious local narrative "A is for Alex" screens at 9:30 PM.
Thursday... see one of the year's most fun documentaries "Cyber-Seniors" at 7 PM. Finally, we close out Best of Fest with an encore presentation of the mesmerizing, kaleidoscopic "The Congress," which won ATLFF audiences over with its mix of live action movie stars and beautiful animation.
