    This year, we are hosting the 49th annual Atlanta Film Festival + Creative Conference (ATLFF) in two parts which includes an in-person festival followed by our virtual festival. Why the split? We wanted to give our audience an extended option to experience the many films and Creative Conference panels! Enjoyed a film? Watch it again with your family & friends!

    This year’s festival will be held at two (2) primary venues for in-person screenings:

    Plaza Theatre - 1049 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30306

    Tara Theatre - 2345 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324

  • No, all festival venues this year are cashless for all purchases.

  • Badges and individual tickets are for sale on our website. 

    Badges
    Badges (passes) can be purchased here: https://atlff25.eventive.org/passes/buy or in person during the festival. You will provide an email address to purchase a badge; this will be your login email which creates your profile where you will make ticket reservations. Once you have purchased a badge, you can return to https://atlff25.eventive.org/welcome, click “Login” in the top right corner, create a password, and start reserving tickets as a badge holder! Instructions for logging into your new Eventive account can also be found in the confirmation email you receive when ordering your badge. 

    All physical badges can be picked up at festival headquarters starting April 24th. Pickup location and times will be announced soon. Photo ID will be required for pickup.  All passes and tickets are virtual and must be purchased online.

Festival Access

Please note all events require an RSVP. Even those with priority access must first rsvp for the event. All tickets/passes/badges must be purchased online or at the box office.

  • No, individual tickets can be purchased for both in-person and virtual film screenings and Creative Conference panels/workshops. Rush tickets will always be available on-site on a first come, first served basis.

  • The different festival badges have varying admission privileges. All tickets must be reserved in advance to utilize priority access. Please review the badge types in detail to understand what each badge level includes:


    • All Access Badge grants badgeholder entry for one into in-person film screenings, Creative Conference panels/workshops and parties plus unlimited access to virtual film screenings and Creative Conference panels

    • Film + Conference Badge grants badgeholder entry for one into in-person film screenings and Creative Conference panels/workshops plus unlimited access to virtual Creative Conference panels/workshops.

    • Film Badge grants badgeholder entry for one into all in-person film screenings plus unlimited access to virtual film screenings

    • Producer Badge grants badgeholder entry for two (2) into all in-person film screenings, Creative Conference panels/workshops and parties plus free festival merchandise and unlimited access to virtual film screenings and Creative Conference panels.

    • ATLFS Member Access allows anyone with an active ATLFS membership to receive two (2) free tickets, redeemable for an in-person or virtual screening (excluding opening & closing night screenings and special presentations); can be used for Creative Conference panels as well. 

  • Badge/Passholders must RSVP to all screenings to utilize priority access.  This is done by “purchasing” a ticket to the chosen event.  Remember, with the appropriate badge or pass, the ticket will be free! If you do not wish to reserve tickets in advance, you can arrive at the venue 20 minutes prior and join the badgeholder line.

  • This year, we are offering the Film + Conference Badge for unlimited access to the conference! Individual tickets can also be purchased for a single Creative Conference panel for $9.99 each. Access to the Creative Conference can also be obtained through the All Access Badge.

  • Plaza Theatre & Tara Theatre tickets (“in-person screening” tickets) range between $15 (early bird) to $50 each.  

    Virtual access tickets will be available for $9.99 per feature or shorts block and will be available for viewing until May 12, 2025 at 11:59PM (unless listed otherwise).

    Individual tickets will be on sale following the full program announcement in the spring. Rush tickets will always be available on-site on a first come, first serve basis.

  • When purchasing your badge, pass, and/or ticket, you will be prompted to enter your email address to login or create an account on Eventive. Your badge, pass, and/or ticket information will be emailed to you upon purchase and accessible when you log into your Eventive account. You can also download the 2025 Atlanta Film Festival App and access all your badges, passes, and/or tickets as well as the film guide on your mobile device. Physical badges can be picked up at our festival headquarters.  Photo ID will be required for badge pickup.

  • In-person tickets can be reserved when you log into your Eventive account. LIMITS APPLY. Virtual screenings and panels can be unlocked for viewing at the start of the festival. Rush tickets will always be available on-site on a first come, first served basis.

  • All badges provide all-you-can-watch virtual access to screenings and/or Creative conference panels. Badgeholders are admitted to watch virtually beginning May 5th until May 11th. Please note that all live streams for Creative Conference will be viewable post-stream unless listed otherwise. Badgeholders must RSVP to all in-person screenings (see badge description for access details). Badge holders have 48 hours of advanced ticket selection starting on March 24th and can claim a reserved number of tickets. Public sales begin on March 27th. Rush tickets will always be available on-site on a first come, first served basis.

  • We offer discounts on festival badges for all seniors over 60, current students and military personnel (active or retired).  Proof of eligibility must be provided in order to receive a discount.  Email us at boxoffice@atlantafilmsociety.org to receive access code.

    ATLFS members receive a 20% discount on festival badges.  Discount applied at checkout.  Purchases must be made online.

  • A limited number of in-person tickets are made available for advance purchase; the rest are reserved for our badge-holders to claim. Should the tickets reserved for badgeholders go unclaimed, they will be sold to the public one day before showtime. Rush tickets will always be available on-site on a first come, first served basis. All sales are cashless.

  • Select films and Creative Conference panels can be streamed through your web browser, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Firestick or our official festival app (download via App store or Google Play) Learn more at https://watch.eventive.org/help

  • All virtual on-demand content will be accessible from May 5th- May 11th (unless listed otherwise). When you “unlock” the film or Creative Conference panel, you will see (below the “watch now” button) an indication of how long you have to start viewing the film/panel. After you’ve started watching the video, the indication will change. It will now show you how much time remains in your watch window. We recommend you purchase and “unlock” the film or Creative Conference panel at the time you plan to watch for maximum viewing time.

Refund Policy + Festival Guidelines

  • All badge and ticket purchases are final upon payment.

  • We are incredibly proud of the work we will showcase in our 2025 program, and are committed to bringing a unique lineup of selected films and creative works, in addition to our Creative Conference and special events, to audiences. Film festivals have always been deeply rooted in community, and it's our goal to establish a safe and enriched festival experience.   • Any screening/event at the Atlanta Film Festival will be honoring all regulations put forth by our local and state governments and public health officials. ATLFF will be updating our patrons on our festival policies as CDC guidelines recommendations change. Festival staff will frequently disinfect high traffic areas at all venues; the Plaza Theatre has established additional safety precautions such as advanced air filtering system, door props to minimize exposure, and no contact payment methods. Plaza Theatre has CinemaSafe certification. 

  • Children under 18 need to be accompanied by a guardian. Children who need their own seat, will need have a ticket. Our programming does contain mature content and ticket buyers should read the description of the film, films, or panels they are interested in attending.
